In Nanjing, China a large-scale control system, consisting of T2550 control units, automatically controls a 3×boilers & 2×turbines header type thermal power plant.
The system scale is over 9000 I/O points, which is a typical application of the T2550 control system used in Header Type thermal power plant applications.
The whole system adopts a single segment network client architecture, extensively using remote I/O. The distributed network structure adapts to the demands of distributed devices by the power plant.
The performance of the I/O modules guarantees normal operation in local environment. The whole system provides a set of redundant interface to connect with SIS system.
