Why Calibrate?

Calibration of your application using reference equipment which is verified to national standards will ensure you are working at the optimum point of production.

Calibration eliminates measurement errors, detects non-conforming instruments and allows you to address a root cause of product quality problems. It gives confidence in the process, proves to your customers that you take quality seriously, demonstrates compliance to required standards and allows your customers to feel secure in the quality of your products.

We provide calibration services for Eurotherm and third party instrumentation covering a wide range of parameters.

Calibration can be provided as a one-off service. Alternatively it can be included in a Lifetime Services Agreement which covers much more:

• Accreditation services including thermal uniformity surveys and system accuracy tests.

• Installation and commissioning services

• Extended warranties on new equipment, to provide parts and labour for factory-repair for up to five years.

• Parts management agreements for provision of bonded spares on site.

• Guaranteed breakdown response to site with enhanced cover including 24/7 call-out.

• Archiving of instrument configurations to ensure swift recovery in the event of equipment failure.

• Technical Support Days which can be called upon at any time to provide services such as ad hoc modifications, informal training, etc.
